OUR CHILDREN’S ROUTINE
A child aged 2 and under deserves beautiful hair!
Always adapt the routine to the needs of the child's hair, some adjustments may be necessary. If in doubt, remember that at any time, you have access to free personalized support from one of our Consultants.
2 years and under
4 in 1 cleansing co-wash and strength oil
For little ones aged 2 and under, a simple and gentle hair routine is essential with just two products: the 4-in-1 cleansing Co-Wash and the strength oil. This routine is ideal while bathing your baby.
1th step:
Co-wash cleaner 4 in 1
Ôtentik 4 in 1 Co-Wash is a rich mixture that cleans, detangles, softens and moisturizes hair.
MANUAL:
- Start by wetting your baby's hair
- Take a small amount of Co-Wash in your palms and distribute it evenly over the scalp and lengths.
- Detangle hair strand by strand with your finger and rinse thoroughly.
2th step:
Strengthening Oil
Ôtentik strength oil is a powerful hair protective agent. It seals in hydration and strengthens the hair.
MANUAL:
- Apply a small amount of oil to damp hair previously divided into sections (just on the hair shaft and not on the scalp)
- Make it vanilla if possible and let the hair air dry.
Tip: For details, refer to the directions for use on the product label.
If your baby's hair is too dry, you can add moisturizing cream to this routine (for application, refer to the routine for children between 2 and 7 years old).
3 years to 7 years
4 in 1 cleansing co-wash, moisturizing cream and strength oil
For children aged 3 to 7 years, a simple but effective hair routine involving three products from the Ôtentik range is recommended: the 4-in-1 cleansing Co-Wash, the moisturizing cream and the strength oil.
1th step:
Co-wash cleaner 4 in 1
Ôtentik 4 in 1 Co-Wash is a rich mixture that cleans, detangles, softens and moisturizes hair.

- Start by wetting your child's hair
- Take a small amount of Co-Wash in your palms and distribute it evenly over the scalp and lengths.
- Detangle hair strand by strand with your finger and rinse thoroughly.
2th step:
Moisturizing creme
Ôtentik moisturizing cream coats the hair fiber, helps repair dry ends, combats dry hair and helps to strengthen it.
MANUAL :
Apply the necessary amount of cream to the hair using repetitive movements along the hair shaft for good absorption.
At the end, seal in hydration with Ôtentik strength oil (see next step).
3th step:
Strengthening Oil
Ôtentik strength oil is a powerful hair protective agent. It seals in hydration and strengthens the hair.
MANUAL :
- Apply a small amount of oil to damp hair previously divided into sections (just on the hair shaft and not on the scalp)
- Make it vanilla if possible and let the hair air dry.

8 years to 12 years
Strength oil, 4 in 1 cleansing co-wash, Masks and moisturizing cream
For children aged 8 to 12, we recommend the Revival Standard Range which includes: strength oil, 4 in 1 Co-Wash, masks and moisturizer.
Do not use the mask on your child's hair more than once a month.
If you plan to do this routine more frequently, follow all of the following steps except the mask step for other occasions.
1th step:
Strengthening Oil
Ôtentik strength oil is a powerful hair protective agent. It seals in hydration and strengthens the hair.
MANUAL :
- Apply a small amount to previously damp hair divided into sections
- Gently massage the hair shaft. Leave it on for a few minutes, then rinse off the excess oil before moving on to the next step.
2th step:
Co-wash cleaner 4 in 1
Ôtentik 4-in-1 Cleansing Co-Wash is a rich blend that cleans, detangles, softens and moisturizes hair.
MANUAL :
- Start by wetting your child's hair
- Take a small amount of Co-Wash in your palms and distribute it evenly over the scalp and lengths.
- Detangle hair strand by strand with your finger and rinse thoroughly.
3th step:
Depending on the needs of your hair, choose the mask adapted to your care phase. Use them alternately.
MANUAL :
- Apply the mask to the scalp and hair shaft
- Massage your scalp with our Ôtentik manual massager for 5 minutes
- Wrap the hair with clear plastic wrap and let your child play for one or two hours for optimal absorption. Do not use heated helmets at this age!
- Then rinse thoroughly.

4th step:
Moisturizer
Ôtentik moisturizing cream coats the hair fiber, helps repair dry ends, fights dry hair and helps strengthen it.
MANUAL :
- Apply the necessary amount of cream to the hair using repetitive movements along the hair shaft for better absorption.
- To seal in hydration, use a small amount of Ôtentik force oil again (to apply only to the hair shaft and not the scalp)
- Make it vanilla if possible and let the hair air dry.

13 years and older
For adolescents aged 13 and over, the routine is the same as that for adults.
Do not use the heating helmet for more than 30 minutes on your child's hair.
