Return Policy

At Ôtentik, customer satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, we guarantee high-quality products. However, if you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from an independent consultant, you may return it to that independent consultant for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.

In the event that the independent consultant is no longer active, the products can be returned to us with proof of purchase, and you will be refunded or the products will be exchanged.
