Delivery Policy for Ôtentik

At Ôtentik, we are committed to providing a smooth and efficient delivery experience to our valued customers. Our delivery policy is designed to ensure rapid order processing, accurate deliveries and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Order processing

Once an order is placed on our website, our team begins processing it within 24 hours.

Orders received during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard shipping

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The calculation takes into account the destination address and the total value of the basket. The minimum delivery charge is $10.

Delivery delay

For standard shipping, delivery may take 3 to 5 business days in the province of Quebec but also throughout Canada. We do not ship internationally.

Order tracking

Once the order is shipped we do not provide a tracking number.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address during the checkout process.

We will not be held responsible for late deliveries or undeliverables resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Worldwide Shipping

At this time we do not ship internationally.

Delivery Confirmation and Signature

All orders will require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure and successful receipt of the package.

Returns & Refunds

At Ôtentik, customer satisfaction is our priority. To this end, we guarantee you high quality products. However, if you are dissatisfied with a product purchased from an Independent Consultant, you may return it to that independent consultant for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.

In the event that the Independent Consultant is no longer in business, the products can be returned to us with proof of purchase, and you will be refunded or the products will be exchanged.
